We, as Partners at 360° Capital Partners, have matured a consolidated experience as well as important track-record and investments/divestments capabilities.

360° Capital Partners was created in 2007 by Fausto Boni, Diana Saraceni and François Tison, together since 2000 in Net Partners Fund, which they still manage, alongside with Emanuele Levi, Partner  in  Pino Ventures,  one of the pioneer of the Italian VC market in the 90’s.

During the last decade we have realized investments and disinvestments in different sectors and companies with different path such as:

• Yoox and Venere.com became leaders in their e-commerce sector
• Gruppo MutuiOnline S.p.A, from the start up in 2000 to the Stock Exchange in 2007
• Co.Import and Erenis, generating growth and value and then exited through excellent trade sales

In our history we have had also a certain number of companies which we have written off. It is normal in Venture Capital that some investments do not succeed, they however provide valuable experience and leave lasting impressions!

Since 1997 we have undergone several fundraising activities, dealing with private and institutional investors, and managing different kind of funds, starting from small and sector focused fund to over €100m European Venture funds.
