Carlalberto joined the team as operating partner and, before starting his collaboration with the firm, he spent four years as associate at Linklaters where he specialised in corporate reorganisations, restructuring and turnarounds, structured finance and private equity deals, and in 2009 was seconded at The Royal Bank of Scotland Plc. He is attending an Executive MBA from Bocconi School of Management in Milan and graduated in Law with a JD cum laude from the University of Turin (2007), and a JD cum laude from Université René Descartes (Paris, 2005). He is a qualified lawyer and author of academic publications on energy and public international law and attended several business management and law and economics courses at the University of Haifa (Israel, 2005), Europen School of Economics (New York, 2007), and the Linklaters Law and Business School (London, 2010). He lives and “structured” his family with Claudia and he is deeply passionate about sailing, skiing, climbing and venture planning.
